We found Kamicuozzi thru from of my Chiropractors when wanting a good place to train with my Daughter. I'm so thankful to have listened! The Cuozzi's are such great people and promote a very positive no-ego environment. The gym is full of people from all ranges of age and experience, and all are willing to partner up and help you learn with them. The gym is led by Tommy Cuozzi, who holds a BJJ blackbelt and is one of the best trained and experienced fighters you could ever ask to learn from. We learn not just BJJ but also Maui Thai, Kickboxing and MMA depending on the night with great cardio and calisthenics mixed in for conditioning too. Overall, Kamicuozzi a great place to learn and train whether you want to get in shape, learn self-defense, or some good old fashioned camaraderie with some really great people in a mentally and physically challenging sport. I'm so grateful to have the honor and privilege for my daughter and I to be part of such a great gym family.
